A quiet instruction manual writer, under a great deal of pressure at work, orders a very expensive live size sex doll from the internet, which he models on his pretty new assistant Lisa, with whom he tentatively begins a relationship, much to the chagrin of Nikki, his rubber friend, in Parigi’s excellent directorial debut: a creepy, thoughtful, and well acted horror film.
