Tolkin’s interesting short – set in a world where time rather than money is used as currency, with everyone being given a credit card at birth with a certain number of years on it, which can be used to purchase any and everything – makes some surprisingly perceptive comments about the way that we live by merely skewing reality ever so slightly.
